New Standard Circle

Next Cohort: May 5

For Leaders, Learners, B Keepers, and Purpose-Led Businesses preparing for certification or recertification, or learning to stay ahead of changes, in the New B Corp Standards.

The new B Corp Standards replace point-chasing with mandatory requirements across multiple impact areas. For businesses, that means deeper impact, more relevant policies, and expansive new impact topics.

This program is grounded in Decade Impact’s commitment to helping purpose-driven companies do their deepest, most strategically aligned work. The new B Corp Standards ask more of businesses: stronger policies, clearer accountability, and a more structured path to certification or recertification. The New Standard Circle is here to help you understand what has changed, build what your business now needs, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and support.

At its core, this cohort exists to:

  • demystify the New B Corp Standards so you understand what is required and what it means for your business

  • support meaningful implementation across your policies, practices, and internal systems, not just the assessment itself

  • create the structure, accountability, and shared learning that help impact work move forward with greater steadiness

We’re moving beyond a score; it’s about stepping into your role as an impact‑driven leader with clarity, confidence, and collective support.

We built this because the standard has changed, and so has the work around it.

The new B Corp Standards mark a significant shift for small businesses. What was once a more flexible, points-based process now asks for clearer policies, stronger evidence, and more intentional implementation across the business.

We built this cohort to offer structure, practical guidance, and community during that transition. It is a space to understand what is changing, make meaningful progress, and strengthen the foundations that will carry your impact work forward, not just through certification, but beyond it.
