The New Standard Circle:
For women-leaders and women-led businesses preparing to (re)certify under the new B Corp standards.

This program is grounded in Decade Impact’s commitment to helping purpose‑driven companies do their deepest, most strategically aligned work. We know that the new B Corp Standard isn’t just a checklist; it’s a set of expectations emerging in a time of immense social, economic, and environmental uncertainty. The path to (re)certification can feel technical and overwhelming, but it also offers an opportunity for real learning, strategic alignment, and community connection

At its core, this cohort exists to:

  • Demystify the new B Corp Standard so you understand what’s required and why it matters.

  • Support meaningful application of the standard into your business operations, policies, and ways of working - not just “passing the audit.”

  • Build community, resilience, and shared learning among leaders and teams who are navigating the same challenges together.

  • Enable long‑term impact leadership, so this moment of (re)certification becomes growth, not just compliance.

We’re moving beyond a score; it’s about stepping into your role as an impact‑driven leader with clarity, confidence, and collective support.

We built this because the ground is shifting, and fast.

The new B Corp Standard is one of the biggest transitions we’ve seen in our movement. And it’s happening against the backdrop of global uncertainty, rising pressure, and deep fatigue. The foundations we once trusted; economic, environmental, political - are cracking. And yet, here we are: still building, still leading, still showing up.

We built this because we believe in you. Whether you’re leading a company and a team, or holding the B Corp flame solo - we see you. We know the path forward isn’t always clear. But we also know how deeply your work matters. You are part of something powerful: a community of leaders using business as a tool for good, even when the world feels heavy.

We built this to offer structure, strength, and solidarity during a moment of transformation. To help you meet the new B Corp requirements, and to go beyond them. This is a space to ask bigger questions, refine what still serves, and let go of what no longer does. It’s a space to tap into collective wisdom, challenge what’s possible, and resource one another in ways that are bold, brilliant, and sustaining.

This is our invitation to gather; not just to get through an assessment, but to grow something stronger together.
