Decade Impact 2025 Impact Report
Decade’s 2025 Impact Report highlights a year of navigating massive geopolitical shifts that reshaped the ESG landscape while continuing to grow our impact with values-aligned clients. Since launching on January 1, 2020, we have supported 131 companies in achieving B Corp certification, with 87% of our 2025 revenue coming from women-owned businesses in 2025. We deepened our expertise and service delivery to apparel and fashion brands, helping them integrate rigorous social and environmental standards into their operations. Through our 1% for the Planet commitment, we directed 1% of total revenue to environmental action and food security initiatives, supporting Extinction Rebellion, EcoTrust Canada, EcoJustice Canada, and A Better Life Foundation.

Our 2024 Impact Report shares how we partnered with businesses and educational institutions to deliver dynamic service, deepen relationships, and expand our meaningful ESG and B Corp work across North America. We contributed 2% of our total revenue to charities we respect and are values aligned with, reflecting our commitment to community and climate action. In 2024, 68% of our revenue came from women-owned businesses and 27% from BIPOC-owned businesses, demonstrating our focus on equity and inclusion. As of December 31, 2024, we have supported 117 companies in becoming B Corp certified, helping to grow a global movement of accountable, purpose-driven businesses.
