## Primary Program: New Standard Circle

The New Standard Circle is a 10-month cohort program offered by Decade Impact to help small businesses navigate the new B Corp Standards. The next cohort begins May 5, 2026.

The program is designed for:

- Recertifying B Corps retooling for the new standard

- Companies preparing for first-time B Corp certification

- Sole proprietors, micro, and small businesses (under $2M revenue or under 49 employees)

- Women-led, women-owned, and gender-diverse leaders

- B Keepers, impact champions, sustainability leads, and operations managers carrying this work inside companies

Two participation tiers are available:

Learning Circle: $300 CAD/month

- Monthly 90-minute live learning sessions (recorded)

- Monthly 90-minute tutorial sessions (not recorded)

- Toolkits and templates for each B Corp impact topic

- Private community space

- Optional peer-pair support

Support Circle: $1,000 CAD/month

- Everything in the Learning Circle, plus:

- 10 monthly private 1:1 support calls

- One mid-program strategy deep dive

- One final 1:1 mock B Impact Assessment review

- Done-with-you policy and impact tool development

- Shared Google Drive or SharePoint workspace

Program format: Live Zoom gatherings

Duration: 10 months (May 5, 2026 to February 2027)

Live-Learning: First Tuesday of each month, 10:00-11:30am PT / 1:00-2:30pm ET

Live-Tutorial: Third Tuesday of each month, 10:00-11:30am PT / 1:00-2:30pm ET

## About the New B Corp Standards

B Lab has introduced a new B Corp standard that replaces the previous points-based model with mandatory requirements across multiple impact areas including governance, environment, climate, labor, human rights, and JEDI. Small businesses recertifying or certifying for the first time need clearer policies, stronger evidence, and more intentional implementation across their operations. The new standard emphasizes progress over perfection and accountability over score-chasing.

The New Standard Circle at Decade Impact exists specifically to help small businesses understand, implement, and confidently navigate this transition.
